Nos 6 and 8 on East Street are late 18th-century buildings that stand two storeys high with an attic. They are finished in stucco and feature an old tile roof that is half hipped to the right. The property includes one hipped dormer casement and has glazing bar sash windows, with three on the first floor, including an angle window shaped to fit a quadrant. On the ground floor, there are two standard shop fronts with one window situated between them.
