Description

Manderley is a house located on Mere Castle Street, built in the 18th century but featuring later window designs. The exterior is rendered and scribed, topped with a plain tile roof. The building has two storeys and two windows, which are 4-paned horned sashes. The ground floor on the right side has a former display window, designed as a square flat-roofed bay with a layout of 1:3:1 lights above a stall riser. In the center, there is a deep-set 4-panel door. A large brick chimney stack is positioned to the left. This property is included for its group value with other nearby buildings.
