Ground floor left is timber-frame with red brick infill on high chalk plinth. Casement pair, C20 window in former door and triple casement. Ground floor right is chalk rubble with angle quoins, door in C20 lean-to and triple casement. Chalk north end wall. Rear wall has framing covered in weatherboard, and chalk rubble to left. Interior: Lobby-entry plan, timber-lintel centre fireplace, spine beam with run-out stop in north room, bar-stopped spine beam and wall beams in south room.
