Description
No 7 De Vaux Place is a single storey and attic building constructed of red brick, dating from 1594. It was originally the service and stable wing of No 4 St Nicholas's Road. The building features a gable end tiled roof with two gabled dormers. There are three 3-light casement windows that have been renewed, replacing the original leaded casements. At the west end, there is a lean-to door with a radial glazed fanlight. Modern garage doors have replaced the stable entry, and one sash window and a glazed door are now part of No 4 St Nicholas's Road. No 7 is part of a group that includes Nos 2 and 4 St Nicholas's Road.
