Description
The sundial located in the grounds of the Council House, also known as Wyndham Park, dates from 1772. It is positioned opposite a tripartite ground floor window between bays on the east front of the house. The sundial is made of ashlar and features a square section pedestal with a moulded base, panelled sides, and a moulded cap. It is inscribed with the words: "The Gift of Thomas, Earl of Pembroke, 1772."
