Description

Brewers Cottage is a house that has been converted into two cottages, dating from the late 17th century to the 18th century. It features a timber frame with brick infilling, much of which has been replaced with roughcast. The building has a thatched roof and stands two storeys high with two bays. The layout follows a lobby entry plan, with a part-glazed door to No 2 located opposite an off-centre stack, while the door to No 1 is at the rear. The windows are 19th-century timber casements. There are also two 19th-century extensions at the rear and a large brick stack. Inside, the property includes chamfered spine beams.
