Description

The footbridge over the River Ebble is a clapper bridge, likely dating from the 17th or 18th century. It is constructed from three large limestone slabs that are supported by four low rectangular piers. The bridge features projections to the west with grooves for hatches. This structure is a well-preserved example of its type.
