Description

This is an outbuilding, likely originally a granary, dating from the late 18th century. It is constructed of limestone coursed rubble with a stone slate roof on the front pitch and asbestos sheeting on the rear. The ground floor has been extensively altered and features one blocked opening with a keystone. The building has gables at the north and south ends, as well as a similar gable on the west, all adorned with moulded kneelers, copings, and gabled apex finials. The west gable includes a spherical triangular window. Additionally, there are numerous necked gabled apex stones from demolished contemporary buildings that have been reset around the farmyard.
