Description

This is a late 18th and early 19th century house. It is constructed of limestone rubble with a concrete slate roof. The house is two storeys and an attic, with three bays. A central stair hall is present. The front features a six-panel door set within a stone surround and simple pediment. There are twelve-pane sash windows, also with raised surrounds and keystones. Two hipped dormers are visible at the front and one dormer at the rear. The front elevation has been altered, possibly originally having two-story bays on either side; iron tie end plates are present. The roof is hipped, with end ashlar stacks that have cornices. To the right of the main house is a two-story service building with a half-hipped gable and a door set into the gable.
