Description

Wayside is a cottage built in the early to mid 19th century. It features a diaper brick facade set on clunch and has a slate roof. The building is two storeys high and consists of three bays. There is a central enclosed glazed porch with a half-glazed door, leading to an inner door that opens into the living room on the right. The windows are paired glazed units, with three and two lights, and have segmental brick arches above them. The roof is hipped and has gable stacks. There is a 20th-century lean-to garage on the right side of the cottage.
