Description
The service blocks to Lisburne Crescent, located on Lower Erith Road in Torquay, were built in 1851. They are plastered with slate roofs and feature stacks with rendered shafts, some of which have platbands. These blocks are part of the unique layout of Lisburne Crescent, positioned at the rear and separated from the main house by a courtyard. They are built against a slope, with a narrow access lane behind them. Each block has a three-window front with a central front door, and the original windows, which are mostly intact, are small-pane double-hung sashes. The interior has not been inspected but may still have interesting features.
