Description
7 and 8 Warren Hill are a pair of houses that are part of a terrace built around the 1830s. The houses are stuccoed and have a slate roof, with stacks featuring rendered shafts and platbands. Each house is two storeys high with an attic and has a two-window front. The front doors, which are 20th-century replacements, are located towards the center and include overlights. No. 7 features a 12-pane sash window on the ground floor, while No. 8 has a shallow bow window with a 16-pane sash. Both houses have two 12-pane sash windows on the first floor and gabled attic dormers, with No. 8 having an additional dormer. No. 7 also has a first-floor platband. The interior has not been inspected but may contain interesting features.
