Description

The base of a former windmill, likely built in the early to mid 19th century, is located in Chiseldon on The Butts. The structure is made of red brick and features a belled out bottom. It has three openings stacked above each other on the north side, along with various other openings. Most of the crowning cogs are still intact, although the windmill is missing its sails and machinery.
