Description

This is a disused mill, dated 1818. It is a single-story building with a half-hipped slate roof. The construction is primarily brick, with a rubble rear and brick quoins, dressings, and an eaves band. It has two casement windows with segmental heads. A central, segment-headed doorway is accessed by steps and has a later gabled porch. A modern lean-to has been added to the left side of the building. The rear of the mill is obscured by modern galvanized containers. The mill is situated picturesquely on the Millpond and is included in the listing for its group value.
