Description

The Pullin monument is a chest tomb located in the churchyard, five meters southeast of the south chapel of the Church of St. James in Tytherington. This tomb dates from the mid to late 18th century and is made of freestone. It features a moulded slab with gadrooned corner balusters that support a fluted frieze. On one side, there is a large oval cartouche that bears an inscription commemorating William Pullin, who passed away in 1791.
