Description

This is a chest tomb located about 2 metres west of the north aisle of the Church of St. Peter, dating from the late 18th century. It is made of limestone and features a flat top with a moulded edge. The tomb has foliate carved corner pilasters and a central pilaster on both the north and south sides. There are paired shields on the north and south, a shield on the east, and a skull and crossed bones on the west side. The earliest decipherable date on the monument is 1776.
