Description

This is a house located on the east side of Wickwar High Street. The building dates back to the 18th century, with earlier origins in the 17th century, and was remodelled in the early 19th century. The exterior is rendered, with a slate roof and a decorative modillioned eaves cornice. Rendered diagonal stacks are also present. The house is two storeys high with attics, and features three bays, each with a 16-pane glazing bar sash window. The central entrance has a six-panel door topped with an overlight, set within a doorcase featuring a segmental pediment supported by brackets. A front flight of three steps is flanked by cast iron railings with spear finials. There is a gabled rear wing.
