Description

This milestone, dating from the late 18th century to early 19th century, is located at National Grid Reference ST 6904 8704 in Wickwar Bagstone. It is a stone upright with a semi-circular head. The incised lettering indicates that it is seven miles from Wotton, although the name is somewhat defaced.
