Description

Number 37 on High Street is a building from the mid to late 17th century, constructed of rubble with a double Roman tiled roof. It has two storeys and attics, featuring two gables. The building originally had two- and three-light casement windows with ovolo moulded stone mullions, but the ground floor and the first floor on the right side have been replaced with sash windows. There is a later carriage entrance on the left side. In the passage leading to the rear, there is a five-light wooden mullion window, of which three lights retain their original lead cames, glass, and diagonal section cast-iron saddle bars. At the back, there is a gabled wing.
