Description

Shetland Villa is a small early 19th-century terrace house located on Siston High Street in Warmley. The building features painted rendering and a slate roof with coped verges and wide eaves, while the rear has pantiles. It has angle pilasters and a symmetrical two-storey front with three windows that are glazing bar sashes, each topped with stepped voussoirs. The central arched doorway is adorned with an open pediment supported by carved brackets and pilasters, leading to a two-panel door with a plain fanlight above. The villa is included for its group value with the adjacent Apex House.
