Description
The Roselands is the right-hand wing of a group of three early 19th century terrace houses located on High Street in Warmley. The building features painted rendering and a slate roof with overhung eaves. It stands two storeys tall and has three sash windows with stepped voussoirs. To the left, there is a full-height later Victorian angular bay. The central arched doorway is topped with an open pediment supported by brackets and has a two-panel door beneath a plain fanlight. To the right, there is a wide square-headed opening with wooden double doors. The building is included for its group value with the adjacent structures.
