Description

The Laurels is the left-hand wing of a small early 19th-century terrace located at No. 12 on High Street in Warmley. The building has been altered and features a rendered exterior with a slate roof. It is two storeys high and has three windows fitted with modern casements. The entrance includes an arched doorway topped with an open pediment and a plain fanlight above the door. There is an end pilaster on the left side of the building. The Laurels is included for its group value with the adjacent Apex House.
