Description

Cold Bath House is located approximately 170 yards south of Fieldgrove House on Bath Road in Bitton. This mid-19th century building is constructed from rubble and features a pantile roof in the Gothic style. The north gable end has a coped verge with a trefoil at the apex, a blind arrow loop, and heavy footstones. There are three pointed arch openings with pennant stone surrounds. The building is divided into two parts, with the north cell having coped verges and the south cell displaying a soldier course at the wall plate. The interior has been converted for agricultural use, but remnants of a fireplace can still be found in the north cell.
