Description
The Russell Monument, located in the churchyard and 10 metres south of the Church of St. James, is an early 19th-century chest tomb made of freestone. It features a moulded slab with corner balusters and inset moulded end panels. The sides of the tomb are adorned with oval cartouches set between paterae, and it stands on a tall moulded base. The earliest date associated with the monument is 1754.
