House. C17 with later alterations. Rubble, pantiled roof with south and west gable stacks. L-plan with central passage. 2 storeys and 2 windows, metal framed casements to ground floor left and 1st floor right, C19 timber 2-light casement to 1st floor left, central Clg gabled porch with bargeboards has plank door with glass insertion. South side has lean-to with corrugated iron roof and 2 C20 windows, north side has 2 windows, all metal framed casements except ground right 2-light casement with decorative catches, all with timber lintels, C20 window in gable replacing 3-light ovolo mullioned window. Rear has C20 conservatory and lean-to, varied windows, plank door in moulded frame with timber lintel with porch now within conservatory. Interior: south room has encased beam, fireplace with plain arched lintel and brick bread oven to side, door to passage has strap hinges, door to former dairy has frame cut back for barrels, winder stair in west wall.
