Description

This is a terrace of eight houses, numbers 8 to 22, located on the east side of Gloucester Road in Thornbury. The houses were built in the early to mid-19th century. They are rendered on the front elevation, with pantile or double Roman tile roofs and brick stacks. The terrace is two storeys high. Most houses have two windows, with number 22 having three. The windows are glazing bar sash windows set in plain recesses. The front doors are six-panelled and have triangular wooden hoods supported by brackets. Number 22 features a late 19th-century, square bay window at ground floor level with glazing bar sashes.
