Description

The gate piers and gates located about 40 metres west of the tower of the Church of St Peter date from the early 19th century. They are made of limestone and cast iron. The structure features two square piers with moulded bases and hipped tops that have moulded edges. The gates consist of railings topped with spear points on the lower rails, which sweep down at the centre and have a knob top on the central upper rails.
