Pumphouse. Early-mid C19th. Coursed rubble; hipped Cotswold stone slate roof. 2 storeys single slit windows. square headed door on south-west side. String course all round. The pumphouse and its resevoir behind were constructed to improve the water supply to Swangrove House.
