Description

Ivy Farmhouse is a farmhouse dating from the mid to late 17th century. It features a rendered exterior with double Roman tiled roofs and rendered stacks. The building has two storeys and attics with coped stone gables, and a single storey with an attic in a gabled dormer on the right side. The facade includes two 3-light casement windows, 2-light windows in the attics, and a central plank door set in an ovolo moulded surround on the left side. To the right, there are single and 3-light casement windows along with a 20th-century gabled porch. This farmhouse is a small example of a gabled vernacular style.
