Description

Ham Street Farmhouse is a farmhouse dating from the 16th to early 17th century. It features a rendered exterior and a triple Roman tile roof, supported by three brick stacks. The building has a cross-passage plan and stands two storeys high with two bays. It includes three and four-light stone mullioned windows with stopped labels, one of which is located in a gabled dormer on the first floor, while a casement window is to the left of the first floor, along with two additional small casements. The door opening is nearly central and features a plank door, with a 20th-century lean-to porch added. There is also a gabled outshut at right angles to the rear.
