Description

Kernick House is a 19th-century farmhouse located on the south side of Ham Street in Baltonsborough. The building features coursed and squared rubble with coped verges and a slate roof, supported by three brick stacks. It has a symmetrical frontage with two storeys and an attic, which is highlighted by two flat-roofed dormers. The first floor has three bays with 12-pane sash windows, while the ground floor is fitted with French windows. The central entrance has a panelled door. To the left, there is a lower wing with a double Roman tile roof and casement windows. A further wing extends at right angles to the right, also with two storeys and a double Roman tile roof.
