Description

The wall enclosing the west and south sides of the churchyard of the Church of St. Adeline in Little Sodbury dates from around 1859. It is constructed of coursed rubble with ashlar coping and features stepped sections with buttresses at intervals. There are plain gatepiers at the center of the west side, while the gatepiers on the south side are topped with cusped gablets. These walls significantly enhance the setting of the church.
