Hollybush Farmhouse is a late 17th century farmhouse located on the south side of The Street in Acton Turville. The building is constructed of rubble with freestone dressings and features quoins. It has a Cotswold stone slate roof with coped raised verges and ashlar stacks with cornices. The farmhouse is two storeys high and consists of three bays, plus an additional bay from a 19th century extension on the left. The ground floor has three-light casement windows with ovolo moulded mullions, which are set under drip moulds and relieving arches. There is an off-centre 20th century door that is sheltered by a flat stone hood supported by brackets. At the rear, there is a two-storey wing.
