Description
Oldfield Farmhouse is a mid-17th century farmhouse constructed from rubble with freestone dressings and quoins. It features a Cotswold stone slate roof with coped raised verges and saddle stones. The building has two storeys and attics, which originally included gabled dormers. It consists of four bays, along with a 20th-century two-storey extension on the left. The windows are predominantly two-light casements with ovolo moulded mullions and surrounds, and they have drip moulds above. There is also one 16-pane glazing bar sash window in a plain stone surround to the right. An off-centre 20th-century door is located to the left in a moulded surround. At the rear, there is a former dairy and cheese loft wing.
