Description
Mill House is a building from the early to mid-17th century, with possibly earlier origins, that has been recently altered. The exterior is rendered and features a double Roman tiled roof. It is a single storey structure with 19th-century gabled dormers and a gabled attic at the north (right) end. The house has three windows, most of which are modern. On the ground floor, there is a three-light casement window with stone mullions, although the central light is now blocked by a buttress.
Inside, the building has been significantly altered. There are several chamfered beams with run-out stops. In the left-hand upper floor room, there are three crude plaster diamond decorations, and portions of heavy arched roof principals are visible.
