5/91 Garden Wall extending to south- east from south corner of Ashton G.V. Court Mansion and North Gate and South pillar

Garden wall, approximately 80 yards long. Probably C19, incorporating early - mid C17 features. Rubble and brick walls approximately 6-10 feet high. The upper part consists of alternating large and small, ashlar gables of a convex- step-concave outline; some with urn finials; moulded saddleback coping. At the north end is a decorative, gothick cast-iron gate and at the south end is a freestanding square ashlar pillar.
