Description

Park Farm is an early 19th-century house, now forming an attached pair of dwellings. The building is rendered with limestone dressings, brick ridge and gable stacks, and has a pantile roof. It has a double-depth plan arranged in an L-shape. The two-storey facade features a five-window range. A full-height gabled porch is placed symmetrically on the right-hand side, and a projecting wing extends to the left. The pointed doorway has projecting jambs and voussoirs and contains a 19th-century two-leaf door with half-glazed panels, along with a Y-shaped glazing bar to the overlight. Mullion windows with Tudor-arched heads and label moulds contain metal casements with horizontal glazing bars; a three-light window is present, as are two-lights above the door, and a single trefoil-headed light in the porch gable. The interior features a central hall and a dogleg staircase, although the remainder of the interior has been largely remodelled.
