Description
Kings Hill Farmhouse is a mid-18th century farmhouse, possibly incorporating elements from an earlier building, with 20th-century alterations. The structure is built of rubble and rendered, topped with a double Roman tiled roof featuring gable stacks. It is designed in an L-shape, with two storeys and three windows, all of which are sash windows. The former central door has been replaced by a 20th-century two-light casement window.
On the right side, there is a 20th-century eight-pane light in the attic, along with a two-storey rear wing that has a two-storey flat-roofed addition at the angle, featuring a door and multi-pane light on both the ground and first floors. There is also a single-storey addition to the rear with an eight-pane light and a half-glazed door in the gable end. The left side has a single attic light, while the rear wing contains two 20th-century lights on the first floor. The interior has not been inspected.
