Description

Fairview is a late 18th-century house located on the southeast side of North Street in Nailsea. The house is constructed of rendered and lined rubble with a pantiled roof and brick gable stacks. It is three storeys high and has three windows. The windows are sash windows in exposed boxes, with nine-pane sashes on the second floor, the central one being blind and painted in. A central panelled and glazed door is topped with a blind fanlight. A single-storey addition to the left includes a half-glazed door and coping. A further single-storey addition extends to the rear. The interior has not been inspected.
