Description

The War Memorial, located in the churchyard 15 metres east of the Church of All Saints, dates from around 1918 and is designed in the form of a churchyard cross. It is made of limestone and features an octagonal shape with four steps that have moulded caps and a socket with broached angles. The octagonal shaft rises from a square base to a carved finial, displaying a crucifixion on the east side and St. George slaying the dragon on the west side. There are bronze plaques on the steps facing east. The entire structure stands at 4.5 metres high.
