Description
Fairway is a two-storey villa from the early 19th century, located on Highdaie Road. The building features a stucco front with masonry detailing on the ground floor and is set on a high rubble plinth. It has a hipped slate roof and end pilasters. The first floor has two sash windows with glazing bars, while the ground floor includes French windows set in bays. A central curved niche is present on the ground floor, and delicate Gothick handrails adorn the first-floor windows and the ground floor trellised verandah.
