Description

The Old Rectory is a late 18th-century rectory, later altered in the early to mid-19th century and now a private house. It is constructed of rendered and exposed rubble, with a double Roman tiled roof featuring coped raised verges, and brick and rubble stacks. The building is arranged over two storeys and contains attics within an advanced, gabled section on the left side. The facade has four bays, with glazing bar sash windows set beneath thin dripmoulds. A projecting, two-storey gabled porch is located on the right side, containing a flat pointed arch opening above a two-light casement window, and a panelled inner door.
