Description
Brockley Elm and Brockley Elm Farmhouse are a pair of houses built in the late 18th century, with alterations made in the early to mid-19th century. They are constructed of rubble and feature slate roofs with coped raised verges and overhanging bracketed eaves, along with rendered brick stacks. The buildings are three storeys high and consist of five bays, with glazing bar sash windows set in exposed frames and topped with flat arches. There is a six-panel door located off-centre to the left, which is accessed through a 19th-century gabled porch. Notably, the property was used as a school in the early 19th century.
