Description

The Grove is an early 19th-century farmhouse located on Chelvey Road in Backwell. It is constructed from rubble with a slate roof and has rubble stacks. The building is two storeys high and features three bays with 16-pane glazing bar sash windows, which are set under stepped voussoirs with a keystone. The central door is situated in a 19th-century gabled porch. There is also a rear dairy wing attached to the farmhouse.
