Description

Bay Tree House is a detached house dating from the late 17th century to early 18th century. It is constructed of rubble with a pantile roof and has rubble stacks. The building is two storeys high with attics and features three bays. The windows are 2-light cross windows with segmental brick heads, square leaded lights, and decorative iron window catches. There is a central 20th-century door set in an edge rollmoulded surround.
