House. Early/mid C19. Roughly. coursed granite rubble; slurried scantled slate roof; granite end stacks with drip courses. 2-unit central-staircase plan. 2 storeys; 2-window range. Granite lintels over late C19 plank door and horned 2/2-pane sashes. Later outshut to rear left with brick stack. Interior: C19 joists.
