Description
Lower Kingston Russell Cottages is a pair of attached cottages built in the mid-19th century. They feature rubble-stone walls with dressed stone quoins and have a hipped slate roof. A central brick stack is located at the ridge, dating from the 19th century. The cottages are two storeys high and have four windows, which are cast-iron casements with a lozenge pattern of glazing bars. Each window has a segmental red brick arch above it and stone cills. The single-light casements at the top left and right have 4-centred tops within a square head. There are plank doors positioned to the left and right of the centre. The 20th-century extensions at the rear are not considered of special interest.
