Description

Seymer Place is a building constructed around 1830 by William Morton Pitt, likely intended as a lodging house. It serves as the end of the terrace and was designed to complement it. The building features rendered walls and a slate roof, standing four storeys high with projecting pilasters at each end of the facade. It has double-hung sash windows with glazing bars. The entrance is located in the side (south) wall, and the doorway is similar in detail to those of the adjacent buildings at numbers 2, 3, and 4, although it appears to have originally had a pedimented head that is now missing.
