Description

Pier View Flats are early 19th-century flats, originally the rear portion of the east wing of the Royal Victoria Hotel. The building has rendered walls and a slate roof hidden behind a parapet. It is two storeys high, featuring double-hung sash windows with glazing bars. A stone moulded cornice runs along the eaves. The building is noted as RCHM Monument 8.
