Description
This house, located approximately 50 meters north-north-east of Brooks Cottage, is likely an 18th-century rebuild of an earlier structure. It is constructed of rubble with a brick facing in Flemish bond and features a thatched gable-ended roof. There are brick stacks at the right gable and partway in from the left gable. The building has two storeys and a four-window range, with three-light casements that include horizontal glazing bars. The front door is part-glazed, and the ground floor openings are set under segmental brick heads.
